The passing of Mark Freeland
It is with great sorrow that we report the passing of Mark Freeland. Mark was a great friend, artist and collaborator, not to mention an original member of GEORGE – playing an old bass drum turned on its side, clarinet, and bringing his stories and shtick to GEORGE performances.

Knife Without A Blade - Download!
"Knife" is one of four songs Paper Faces recorded in 1983 as a demo for A&M records, who had expressed an interest after hearing "I'm the Target". Recorded on 8-tracks in a home studio, remixed (slightly) in 2005 by Dave McCreery and Paul Szpakowski.
Band members ca.1983: Brian Szpakowski (vocals, bass and or guitar, percussion), George Scherer (vocals, bass and or guitar, percussion), Bill Moore (drums, percussion), Dave McCreery (guitar), Paul Szp. (keyboards).
